Moving in / Moving to another room / Moving out
MOVING OUT:
If you do not have follow-up accommodation at Palachova dormitory, please note that your room must be handed over by Monday, September 2nd, 2024, till at 11:00 AM!
The moving out process for Palachova dormitory will be through a ticket via https://accommodation.vse.cz/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/Moving-out-of-the-dorm.pdf
Please note that the specified time is only indicative and the cleaning lady may arrive later. The manager’s office, which you can find in building D, is open all day from 8:00 a.m.

For moving out you must:
- Enter a moving out ticket via ISKAM.
- Clean your part of the room and common areas:
- Wipe dust off the table, cabinets, and floor.
- Place the furniture in its original condition.
- Check the table light and chair.
- Take off bed linen.
- The blanket and pillow must remain folded on the bed.
- Take out the trash.
- Check the condition of the refrigerator, wash or defrost it if necessary.
- Clean the kitchen and bathroom + toilet
- Prepare keys or a chip card for cleaning stuff.
- Move out by 11:00 am at the latest.
- If you want to return the deposit please add your bank details in ISKAM.
MOVING TO ANOTHER ROOM:
In the case of following summer accommodation in another room, we will also ask you to move to a new room by Monday, September 2nd, 2024 till 11:00am to make your room available for other students.
For changing the room you must:
- Enter a moving out ticket via ISKAM.
- Clean your part of the room and common areas:
- Wipe dust off the table, cabinets, and floor.
- Place the furniture in its original condition.
- Check the table light and chair.
- Take off bed linen, which must be returned to the bedding warehouse in block C.
- The blanket and pillow must remain folded on the bed.
- Take out the trash.
- Check the condition of the refrigerator, wash or defrost it if necessary.
- Clean the kitchen and bathroom + toilet.
- Prepare keys or a chip card for cleaning stuff.
- Arrive for relocation no later than 11:00 am.
- The accommodation contract must be signed via ISKAM for summer accommodation.
- Submit proof of identity for change of room.
- When you will get a key from the new room you must pay the dormitory fee in cash or by card, also you can charge your main account in ISKAM.
MOVING IN:
If you have been allocated for academic year accommodation to Palachova dormitory and you are coming from another dormitory, then moving in will take place depens on your date of reservation all day in the manager’s office. Please be patient if your room is not ready.
For moving in you must:
- Submit proof of identity.
- If you are a student of another school, you must present a study certificate.
- Pay when handing over the key for accommodation in cash or by card, also you can charge your main account in ISKAM.
- The accommodation contract must be signed via ISKAM for summer accommodation.
If the above conditions are not met, then you cannot move in.
